The production departments as well as the administrative departments can be found at the company site in Falkenstein (Saxony). More than 350 employees justify the label "Made in Germany", due to their conscientious handiwork and the most modern technologies.

Pleated blind production

Our biggest production department, the pleated blind department, manufactures more than 1.000 pleated blinds per day. The production is partly made automatically and on threading stations by hand.

Roller blind production

Roller blinds, double roller blinds, eROLLOs and shading systems are the competence of the erfal roller blind production. On bright and light-flooded workstations the fabric cut, the mounting, the function test and the packaging of the classic roller blind is made. erfal is also a specialist for special solutions for projects due to the many years of experience and the corresponding professional expertise. Shading systems can be also produced in especial big dimensions with the use of stabilisation rods.

Production of vertical blinds

The heart of the vertical blind department are the different efficient machines, which are operated by specialists. Not only rails but also fabrics, which are especially popular in the public area, can be effective produced with mechanical assistance. The check for the proper running and turning function of the vertical blind is made on a railed gallow.

Venetian blind production

The production of aluminium and wooden venetian blinds as well as exterior venetian blinds is made on special slat machines with stamp function, on threading stations as well as on gallows.

Processing of aluminium rails

One of the main competences of erfal is the accurate to the millimeter bending of aluminium rails. A precise adjustment of the rails with the help of hand bending or bending machines is made on the base of templates or CAD drawings.

Insect screen production

Since 2006, the erfal product range includes insect screens. The components of the products are made by the market leader Neher. The award “Label of the century” as well as 30 years of experience plead for an excellent quality. The production is nearly made by hand. The handicraft is supported by double mitre cut and milling machines. Daily, 92 different frame profiles in 8 different colours and 13 different screens are manufactured into made-to-measure insect screens for doors, windows or light well covers.

Packaging

erfal relies on a transport-sure as well as a resource saving packaging to ensure that the retailer will receive the finished goods without any fault. Special packaging machines enable the production of different cardboard types with a variable width, thickness or height. They are nearly made of recyclable endless corrugated board in different thicknesses. An optimal protection of the high-quality products can be assured with this.

Automatical storage

The storage of erfal bases on modern and efficient operable automatically storages. From the smallest curtain pole end piece to fabric rolls or even six-meter-long rails - the necessary goods can be carefully stored on several thousand storage places. An automatically circulation is secured through the principle "first in - first out".
