A suitable shading for big window façades are vertical blinds. Vertical blinds consist of small and vertical running fabric panels, which are mounted on a guiding rail. The slats can shade a part or the whole window through the simple movement of the rail. Due to the vertical turning, the single slats can be continuously adjusted. Therefore, the vertical blind has also the name “vertical venetian blind”. According to the adjustment of the slats, you can control the light incidence and a view to the outside is still possible. This product is especially practical for offices and the private area.

Types and particularities
According to your taste
Due to the predominantly use of vertical blinds in the project area, erfal focusses on the quality sorting of the catalogue pages. The advantage of the gradually structured catalogue pages: all qualities and colours can be seen at one glance. Thanks to fabric samples, you can get an impression about the haptic, the colour, the transparency and the design effect.
Colours, motifs & transparencies
In the erfal collection you will find vertical blind fabrics in modern colours and attractive motifs, which are suitable for the usage in living areas. Colourful gloss printings, Jacquards and burn-outs will even convince you as a whole collection card with white farbics. The current trend is about structured fabrics in natural tones, which are partly available in the same design, but with different transparencies. Vertical blinds are available with different transparencies: transparent, semi-transparent and opaque.
Material and equipment
Vertical blinds are existing in different materials. According to the requirements and personal preferences you have the choice between screen textiles, aluminium slats or textiles which are suitable for wet rooms. Special material properties such as transparency, suitability for workstations or low and non-flammability (B1 or A2 certification) are especially important for public buildings.
Functional textiles with aluminized rear, Perlex-coatings or dimming fabrics fulfill the specific requirements of architects and project leaders. PVC-slats with a width of 89 mm are having a permanent antibacterial active protection, which is already integrated during the production of the slats.
Design vertical blinds

Together with the colour-matching uni fabrics you get sophisticated decoration possibilities e. g. a colour change within the vertical blind. The semi-transparent fabrics are available in three different widths and are certified according to Öko-Tex.
