Mounting and cleaning
erfal light well covers inspire by a pleasing modern design with flat aluminum profiles. They can easily be installed over the cellar grate with just a few hands. Optionally, the cover can be secured against lifting invisibly from the outside. For cleaning, the cover can simply be brushed.

Types and particularities
LiSA
LiSA stands for “Lichtschachtabdeckung”, what means light well cover. It is characterized by an elegant design and a secure seal. The custom-made, flat aluminum frame with a perfect all-round brush seal, fine-mesh stainless steel grille and stainless steel screw joint covers the existing grate without gaps. LiSA is simply mounted on the existing cellar grate in a few simple steps. The construction is stumbling-free due to extremely flat profiles and also very stable. On a suitable cell shaft, LiSA is also available as a passable variant with expanded metal fabric. The airing of your cellar or hobby rooms is a pleasure with a clean light well.
ELSA
ELSA is installed in the light well as a complete replacement for your existing grating, the German word for it is “Ersatz Lichtschacht”. The grate is integrated in the walkable and extremely weather-resistant model made of stainless steel or expanded metal. ELSA is highly resilient, flush with the adjacent area and at ground level. Optionally, you get an integrated burglary prevention device and simultaneous quick release from the inside for escape routes. Thanks to the use of especially high-quality stainless steel mesh, extremely stable aluminum profiles and a fiber-glass-reinforced grating, ELSA can withstand even extreme weather conditions. An additional protection against burglary and theft provide a safety chain and S-hook.
TERRESA
The special model TERRESA is mainly used in the wooden terrace area and enables a threshold-free access to the house. The flat, slip-resistant and elegant inserts made of stainless steel or aluminum expanded metal serve simultaneously as water drainage in the terrace area. This way, even over-built light wells can be kept bright and clean. With a height of only 20.5 mm, TERRESA fits perfectly into almost all common terraces and guarantees a perfect light well cover on your terrace without the risk of stumbling. As an alternative to ELSA, TERRESA can also be used as a cover on "normal" light wells and terraces. The elegant wooden terrace insert lets the water drain into the gravel bed below the terrace.
RESi
RESi stands for rainproof (in German “regensicher”). RESi offers rain protection and insect screen with simultaneous ventilation. The transparent, sure-footed and unbreakable polycarbonate is screwed to the grate for a seamless and stumbling-free construction. RESi convinces as a ventilation element with a prescribed flow cross-section and easy cleaning thanks to the interchangeable stainless steel fabric. It is suitable for the seamless covering for all light wells made of plastic or concrete.

Frame colours
As standard colours for light well covers at no extra charge, you will receive silver grey anodized, grey aluminum metallic and dark grey metallic. Dark grey is particularly non-slipping and has a high scratch resistance and low susceptibility to soiling.
Models
Depending on the desired equipment and application area, choose from four different light well cover models: LiSA, ELSA, RESi or TERRESA.
Burglary protection
To protect against burglary and theft, the light well cover model ELSA with safety chain and S-hook is available.
Rain safety
The model RESi has an integrated ventilation element, which is insect-tight and easy to clean.
